Leander, and inventor in the capital of Wonderland. he's the creator of the highly illegal mechanical Eye that allow creatures of Wonderland to "see" Wonderland as it used to be via "The Link" which he also created.

He's one of the most known creatures of Wonderland... and yet one of the least seen.

He is a nocker. A fairy inventor. Things that he makes does not have to make sense to us... they work anyway.
